Description
To service the existing customer base and be proactive in identifying new customer- To reactivate inactive/dormant customers to expand customer base
- To drive sales and ensure customers are updated with the latest product offerings
- To prepare quotation, follow up on sales, and provide after sales service to customers within assigned territory
- To collaborate closely with SRI's production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order progress
- To ensure customers' payments are made on a timely basis
- To provide regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline, and activity summary information to ensure department KPIs are met
- To develop actionable sales strategies together with sales management in order to achieve and / or exceed the team sales target
Job Requirements:
- 12 years of working experience in a related field is an advantage
- Excellent in verbal and written communication in English and Malay, Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work independently, be highly motivated, and target driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with using Oracle Netsuite is a bonus

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
