Description
Job description- Handling Customer Care Duties such as invoicing for repair, issuing Estimates, following up with Customers & liaise with Internal on repair status
- Prepare customer reports (daily and Weekly)
- Monitor & update the progress of customers' order / PO / Quotation / Contracts.
- To assist Program Manager in any adhoc enquries.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma any field.
- Required skill(s): SAP, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
Good Communication skills:
- Preferably Executives specializing in Customer Service / Coordination / Business Development or equivalent.
Working Location :
Taman Desa Cemerlang
Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm
Contract :3months
