Globalpluz, a leader in Architectural and Interior Design with a robust branding and marketing division, is excited to announce the launch of our new premium SPC flooring brand, Luxfloors.
As we expand our footprint in Asia, Globalpluz is establishing a new office in Melaka, Malaysia, strategically located near our manufacturing facility.
In line with our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Administrative and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Location:
Melaka, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks in the Melaka office to ensure efficient operations.
- Track and support international sales and marketing activities across the Asia region.
- Prepare and organize documentation and reports for internal and external use.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for senior management, including overseas travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and campaigns.
- Serve as a liaison between the Malaysia office and other regional offices to maintain communication and workflow.
- Provide support for various adhoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong understanding of marketing processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility in work hours.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
