Description
Responsible for overall general office administrative duties including data entry, filing, reception duties and information channeling- Prepare internal and external correspondences including memos, letters, notices, reports & presentations
- Assist in procurement & expenditure requisition such as sourcing for quotations, tabling comparisons and preparing purchase orders
- Assist in arranging for appointments/meetings and take notes/minutes where necessary
- Ensure smooth and running efficiency of the building management office
- Handling and followup on residents / owners complaints
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as may be reasonably required
