Job Summary

  • Formulate and implementing marketing strategies. Working with all departments to execute the marketing plan and ensure company objective are achieved.
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Potential partner relationships for the product

Responsibilities:


  • Product Launches_
  • Plan and conceptualize marketing plan for product launches.
  • Plan and work with shopping malls on securing the dates of site promotions for key product launch.
  • Plan on site promotion layout and liaise with contractor on set up requirements.
  • Negotiate on outdoor billboards, mailers, rental, and other relevant promotion expenses.
  • Liaising with agency on producing mailer/advertisement layout/mechanic display top etc
  • Brief operations and retail team on promotion objective, target, incentive, and relevant information
  • Solicit possible joint/tieup activities or sponsorships that is relevant to the new product to create brand awareness.
  • Provide relevant promotional/event information to be updated in web page and social media.
  • Product/POP listin_
  • Propose and allocate new products and ensure the receipt of products to meet the deadline of events or promotion
  • Allocate POP such as testers, merchandiser, samples, GWP, etc
  • Post Analysis_
  • Conduct post promotion analysis/achievements in terms of results, proper implementation, marketing objectives and suggestions for future improvement
  • Arrange the return of left over trial sizes at the shop level.
  • VIP/CCB High Spender Workshops_
  • New Products tracking report and KPI reports to regional
  • New products orders forecast and pricing to regional
  • Sourcing for premium items for key launches

Job requirement

  • Minimum Education: Diploma or a Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Mass Communication or any related field.
  • Experience: Preferably with at 5 years of working experience in related field with a least 3 years in managerial level
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Retail Sales and Marketing, current retails trend principles.


  • Skills: PC skills

  • Microsoft Office Application.

Pay:
RM6, RM9,000.00 per month
