Collaborate closely with sales leaders to transform brand strategies into actionable plans for the sales team.

Foster a culture of monitoring, evaluating, and aligning the execution of strategies with the intended goals.
Implement and utilize processes, systems, and tools to gather data that can be turned into valuable insights, enhancing our ability to make informed business decisions.
Drive ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales process through continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize the utilization of resources to achieve our business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
Possess
Sales Force/ Commercial Sales Analysis experience (preferably in a
Pharma environment) and experience working with data,
powerBI and
CRM systems
Good communication skills
Strong business acumen and good project management skills
