Description

The Kitchen Engineering is responsible for the overall operation of property facilities of kitchen equipment such as refrigeration and electrical, and gas and plumbing equipment systems, and related maintenance in accordance with standards and quality programs.

While leading the engineering team in kitchen equipment, this position is also assisting Duty Engineer for recommending the effective operation and managing expenses.
