Position :
Digital Marketing Executive


Location :
Asia Jaya, Petaling Jaya


Salary Range :
RM 3,000 - RM 3,500


Working Hours :
Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)


Responsibilities:


MAINTAIN LISTINGS:


Upload, monitor and update property listings on all company advertising platforms including but not limited to: REA, REIWA, Domain, On the House, IQI Drive, JUWAI Website and IQIWA Webpage.

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linked In, WeChat, Little Red Book, IQI Website.


SOCIAL MEDIA UPKEEP:


Creating and maintaining company social media accounts and public pages/ platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linked In, WeChat, Little Red Book, IQI Website, project webpage.

Video subtitle preparation, touch up and posting.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT:


Assisting BDM in managing and updating all projects information (stock list and project update) on: Agentbox, Atlas, IQI Drive and Dropbox.

Channel Newsletter and publication.


GENERAL MARKETING:


  • Creating and preparing marketing material for: Property listing, flyers, announcement, and update.
  • IM for commercial listing.
  • Presentation power point for management team.
  • General marketing activities : Social events or announcements.
  • Any publication eg magazine, newspaper etc.
  • All other general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:


  • Experience in graphic design or related field.
  • Can work autonomously.
  • Good time management skills and be able to multitask.
  • Capable of handling and prioritising various tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A professional work style and high standard of presentation.

Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
