Responsibilities of Account Manager

  • Assist to ensure solution developed meets quality standard and delivered on time.
  • Analyse customer needs and estimate change effort required together with assigned Customer Group Project Manager and R&D Manager.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quota.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Manage all aspects and serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Prepare reports on account status and clear communication on progress of monthly or quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uncover business opportunities through identifying gaps in our solution and customer's environment, and develop approach to close the gap in proposal to customer.
  • Work collaboratively across departments or functions to meet customers' needs and achieve common organizational goals.

Requirements:


  • At least 4 years of working experiences (max: 6 years) in fintech industry (preferred).
  • Mature with strong sense of accountability.
  • Good command of English spoken and written.
  • Additional job position.
  • Gender: Male; 32 years old (max)
  • Race: open
  • Fresh grad encourage.
  • Must have a basic degree.
  • Remuneration: basic salary. Commission non applicable.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
