Description
Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments of goods and verify the accuracy of the received items against the accompanying documentation.
Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies in received goods.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using computerized systems.
Perform regular cycle counts and assist in conducting periodic physical inventory checks.
Ensure proper organization and storage of products within the warehouse.
Shipping and Receiving:
Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound shipments.
Coordinate with carriers for inbound and outbound shipments.
Arrange transportation and track shipments as needed.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) or other relevant software.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments.
Provide support and information to customer service and sales teams as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- PMR ,SPM or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations will be an advantage.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

RM1,500.00 per month
