Interior Designer (Project Executive)
We are seeking a motivated and creative junior interior designer and project executive to join our team. This position will work closely with our sales team to develop interior design concepts and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain good rapport with clients
- Ability to ideate, propose, confirm and execute on client briefs
- Able to supervise projects on ground and to keep to deadline set by the firm
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, including assisting with material and finish selections, answering questions and resolving issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes and proposals for clients
- Attend client meetings and presentations as needed
- Educate customers about current promotions
- Contribute to team's daily sales goals
- Responsibility dealing on customer inquiries and complain
- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
- Calculate costing for projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
- Fresh Graduated are welcomed
- 12 years of experience in interior design or sales will be advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Open to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
