Description

You will need to provide training that is in accordance with the Company's training guidelines for new daycare teachers and tutor.


  • You may be assign to some tutoring activities so that you can keep abreast of the current development in syllabus and teaching technique.
  • You will be performing audits and inspections of all branches assigned to you in accordance with the standard operating procedure and standards as set forth by the Company.
  • You will need to manage and monitor all aspects of the operations of branches assigned to you in accordance with the standard as set forth by the Company.
  • You will be performing audits and inspections on quality control of all branches teachers assigned to you in accordance with the standard operating procedure and standards as set forth by the Company. (For example, quality control on teacher teaching performance)
  • You will need to manage and monitor all aspects of the teachers of branches assigned to you in accordance with the standard as set forth by the Company. (For example, quality control on teacher teaching performance)
  • You will need to complete any adhoc tasks within your knowledge and capacity related to the job scope or as assign by your superior

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Education: 1 year (preferred)
