Description
Take charge of Associate Company (SSPL) accounting functions

  • Ensure accurate and timely close of monthly accounts.
  • Ensure sales invoices, required shipping, and project documents are prepared and sent or uploaded to customers promptly.
  • Liaise with the logistics and Sales team for LC presentation and related issues.
  • Liaise with the sales team for BG issuance when required.
  • Manage Accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices and processing receipts.
  • Support the team in cost review and variances trends; researching significant variations and recommending appropriate responses
  • Support monthly operating performance analysis; including inventory movements, sales, and cost of goods sold, to identify significant issues in a timely fashion.
  • CPA Certificates or Experience in Singapore Tax and GST

Salary:
Up to RM9,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- costing: 3 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • CPA (preferred)
