Job Description:
- Preliminary market research for product development, target group profiling, competitive product analysis, and planning of product selling points and pricing in line with the market.
- Refining product selling points and producing promotional materials (such as leaflets, catalogues, selling point posters, videos, etc.) to assist the sales team in external promotion.
- Ensure that online and offline brand promotion tones remain consistent.
- Integrate brand online promotion plans to promote products to Cend user groups to increase exposure and conversion.
- Integrate online websites and offline exhibition promotions to attract traffic to the sales team and increase the number of potential customers.
- Keep current with marketing trends, competitive analyses, new communication techniques and digital platforms, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience.
- Analyses market trends and clients' behaviors to develop effective marketing strategies.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in related majors
- More than 3 years of working experience in Electrical and Electronics products (E&E) manufacturing industry
- Capability to work independently and under pressure.
- Familiar with online and offline promotion channels, able to plan and promote plan execution.
- Familiar with various website, promotion and traffic tools, and office software.
- With an approachable, good negotiator, resourceful and an outgoing personality.
- Strong communication, innovation, and problemsolving abilities.
Salary:
RM6, RM9,500.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
- electrical and electronics products (E&E) industry: 3 years (preferred)
