    This is a technical support role providing assistance before and after sales for projects in Southeast Asia.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Offer technical consultation, system design, and solutions for all sales and projects in the SEA region.
    2. Ensure accurate system configuration and quotes for the SEA region.
    3. Conduct training for SEA sales and technical teams on designed systems.
    4. Provide after-sales technical support to project managers and engineers as needed.
    5. Support Technical and Commercial terms for SEA projects and conduct client training.
    6. Maintain high service quality following company standards, ensuring prompt responses to service requests within the region.
    7. Develop and deliver customer training materials professionally.
    8. Participate in internal training to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Requirements

    1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in security, electronics, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
    2. Fundamental IT knowledge related to security hardware, networks, and databases.
    3. Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems is advantageous.
    4. Prior experience in technical pre-sales is a plus.
    5. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
    6. A client-focused approach with a quick learning ability.
