Position Available:
Human Resources Manager/ Assistant Manager


Job Roles and Responsibilities:


HR and Admin-Related:


  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organisations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Support HR management role and administration functions from induction of new hire to termination/cessation, inclusive of counselling, guidance and policies compliance on employee relations, disciplinary issues, etc.
  • Continually assess employee morale by analysing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness and resignations.
  • Encourage a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.
  • Handle the recruitment and selection process and this will include:
  • Job Postings (via advertisement, job portals, recruitment agencies, etc);
  • Monthly reviewal with the Management on our vacancy posts and engagement rates;
  • Conduct interviews (jointly with head of departments) and reference check;
  • Administer offer of employment processes;
  • Conduct induction or orientation session to the new hires;
  • Ensure performance appraisals are carried out for every employee every quarter or as per the Company policy, and follow up on development needs if necessary.
  • Assist in drafting Employment Contract
Professional Development and Performance Management

  • Conduct needs analysis, develop, implement, and monitor training programmes and materials on a variety of leadership and HR topics.
  • Provide guidance to the leadership team regarding employee morale, employee relations, coaching, counselling and discipline.
  • Coordinate outsourced external trainings.
Culture and Employee Relations

  • Maintain constant communication with all levels of employees on managementemployee related matters through:
  • Posting of news/articles at the Employee Community Board
  • Organizing of dialoguesessions between management and employees
  • Plan, coordinate and execute employee appreciation activities and events, including employee wellness programme, birthday celebrations, community services, etc.
  • Proactively engage employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; where applicable, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

  • Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in HR (at least 2 years as a HR leader).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
