    The Merchandising Executive role requires strong analytical skills,
    a deep understanding of market trends,
    and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Makes tactical merchandising plans combining data-driven insights and product management expertise to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Ensures a seamless shopping environment and experience for in-store customers and e-commerce channels.
    • Develops merchandising strategies according to the product roadmap and overall company strategy based on the latest market trends.
    • Manages inventory levels and ensures products are in stock and available for purchase.
    • Monitors competitor activities and stays up-to-date with industry trends to adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
    • Works with key stakeholders to understand possible gaps in daily tasks relating to merchandising and develops processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitors sales metrics and conducts customer feedback to ensure relevance of Aonic's service and product offerings and identifies opportunities for growth and optimization.

    Key Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management/Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
