Description
Job Scope:
- Handling call, message for shopee and other platform.
- Follow up orders, after sales service.
- Liaise with platform manager and marketing superior.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Undertake any other duties as
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with Chinese, English, Malay communication skills (spoken & written).
- Basic computer operation.
- SPM holders and Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Full Training Provided.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work with team.

RM1800-RM2200 per month
