Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily settlement and registration of transactions with client's funds (deposits/ withdrawals or etc) in the financial software
  • Proactively navigate daily work task with different banks and payment systems
  • Perform active action in solving paymentrelated problems
  • Provide assistance in reconciliation as required
  • Expected to closely work with Customer Support, AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Client) team

Requirements:


You are best for this role if you have/are:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or similar course of studies background
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good language proficiency in English as you will be working with a global team
  • Ability to multi task and possess system thinking capability
  • Upholds qualities of punctuality, conscientious and correctness
  • Forex or financial industry knowledge is preferred however not a must

Willing to work on night shift in Malaysia time zone
