Job Descriptions

Plan, design and implement landscaping projects, including the selection and arrangement of plants, trees, and other flora.
Conduct soil analysis and provide recommendations for soil improvement and fertilization to promote plant health and growth.
Propagate plants through various methods such as seeding, grafting and cutting to maintain inventory and enhance biodiversity.
Monitor and control pests, diseases, and weeds using integrated pest management (IPM) techniques and environmentally friendly practices.
Collaborate with landscape architects, gardeners, and groundskeepers to coordinate planting schedules and maintenance activities.
Research and stay updates on the latest horticultural trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance productivity and sustainability.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in Horticultural Science, Agriculture or equivalent.
At least one (1) year working experience in related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to write and spoken proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate.
