  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the recruitment and selection activities as well as staff movement activities of the company and the subsidiary companies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to identify interview evaluation criteria and competencies
  • Conducts new employee Induction program to ensure employees gain an understanding of the terms and conditions of employment, company policies, code of practice, rules and regulations and corporate culture.
  • Partners with colleges and universities in order to attract top notch students and graduates. Assist in managing the talent management programs, which include the Graduate Trainee Program & Internship program.
  • Supports and coordinates the development of the Graduates Trainees and interns, ensuring that their wellbeing is monitored and building strong relationships with them, to act as a source of support and guidance.
  • Process employee transfers, resignations and retirements on a timely basis.
  • Process employee fixed term contract renewal and end of contract notification.
  • Develops, updates and maintains Job Descriptions and Organization Charts.
  • Conducts exit interviews.
  • To undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructor by superior(s) from time to time.
  • To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management / recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge in mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong followup skills and ability to interact with management.
  • Must be proactive, wellorganised, meticulous and possesses eye for details.
  • Must be social media savvy.
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism, judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Experienced in recruiting expatriates and foreign labour for a labourintensive industry is an added advantage.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

Experience:


  • Talent acquisition: 3 years (required)
