Your tasks

As IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be reporting to IT Manager - Malaysia Market, responsible for IT related support and maintenance for business users located in Petaling Jaya office.

Key responsibilities:

Network infrastructure support & maintenance including switches, wireless AP and routers.
Onprem and cloud server support and maintenance.
Distributed systems support (AD, Client Health, Server Health, ePO, Asset & QiP, Software and CMI.
Rectify the technical errors based on the Continental standard and policy.
Incident ticket handling in BMC Helix (ITSM).
IT asset management.
Project management or support as work package owner.

Profile:

Education: Masters Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or related field. CCNA & CISSP certified will an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of IT working experience with at least 2 years relevant Network & IT Security experiences.
Able to support IT audits in terms of cybersecurity checks as well as security topics on Cloud services.
Relevant network project/task experience installation, setup and configuration of network equipment/devices.
Familiar with tools in checking network connectivity, bandwidth and able to troubleshoot network related issues.
Familiar with IT security tools/firewalls and deploy patches/mitigation to prevent any attempt of cyberattack to the organization.
Have undertaken team lead role in IT infrastructure project implementation.
Experience in working in a multinational company is an added advantage
Fluent in English language
