    About the Role:

    Promapp is seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of test automation frameworks and contribute to their support and maintenance. As a key member of the testing team, you will proactively coach junior members to develop a stronger testing team.

    You will be responsible for creating both end-to-end and integration tests independently, as well as maintaining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring their smooth operation. You will write moderately complex code to mock-out services for supporting testing activities and diagnose the root cause of defects to enable engineers to fix them on time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in automating non-functional tests with tools that align with Promapp engineering principles

    • Own testing activities, seek functional clarity from stakeholders, and collaborate on acceptance criteria, manual testing, and automation

    To be successful, you will need experience with programming languages such as C# or Java, knowledge and experience with the Page Object Model, experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress, knowledge and experience with test frameworks, and experience with REST API testing.
