Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a specialization in print design to join our team.

As a Graphic Designer focusing on print, you will have the opportunity to create visually stunning designs for various print materials, working closely with clients and our production team to bring concepts to life.

Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering high-quality print solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop visually engaging materials for promotional campaigns, trade shows, and events.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients on file preparation, colour management, and print specifications to ensure optimal print quality.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to clients, offering solutions that align with their brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Use industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to develop and refine designs, ensuring they are printready and meet client specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
• Conceptualise and create original designs for a wide range of print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, packaging, and more.
• Incorporate typography, imagery, colour, and layout techniques to effectively communicate messages and enhance visual impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new printing technologies, and design best practices to continually improve skills and deliver innovative solutions.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and requirements to facilitate the sales process, providing timely and personalised assistance to address any questions or concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven 23 years of experience as a Graphic Design or similar role, preferably in a printing or advertising agency environment.
• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• MUST be fluent in English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Interest in photography/videography is a major plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problemsolve creatively.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
