The HR Representative acts as the point of contact for HR inquiries, identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.
This role executes processes, delivers services, and conducts the day-to-day operations in Talent Acquisition team.The Representative is empowered to support and perform transactional activities required to enable HR business processes and drive a best-in-class employee experience.
This role works directly with people leaders, employees, and the HRBP function to meet human resources needs and provides inputs to program design.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in Human Resources Administration or shared services industry/set up will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strict attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate delivery
- Ability to work in a team environment where contacts are across the organization, and may include external contacts
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
