    Job Responsibility

    • Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia speaking colleagues.
    • Manage staff claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely reimbursements.
    • Analyze invoices and purchase orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
    • Contribute to various account department tasks as needed.
    • Good attitude with attention to detail
    • Provide assistance in the organization and maintenance of files, records, and documents.
    • Coordinate scheduling, meeting arrangements, and perform diverse administrative tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • 2 years of experience in an administrative or finance role.
    • Strong experience with invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounting principles.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
