Our client is a global leader in the lifestyle and performance footwear industry with incredible business growth for the past 30 years.
In lieu with the rapid expansion in Malaysia retail business, they are seeking a
Visual Merchandiser to join their team.
Job Summary
- Coordinating, planning, and leading software and hardware related activities in an organization.
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Responsibilities
- Follow up on system enhancements, ensure testing, follow up progress and smooth implementation and provide regular update to Regional stakeholders
- Maintain and ensure IT Policy is enforced.
- Oversee smooth and running daily IT system operation
- IT Incident and Request Monthly Trend Analysis Report to Regional IT
- Maintaining infrastructure and network security
- Provide ongoing IT support and troubleshooting for staff in the backend office as well as outlets/stores, setup, installation and configuration, integration of software and hardware
- Perform continuous assessment and improvement of the company's IT facilities
- Conduct procurement of IT equipment and accessories including desktops, portable devices, POS equipment and other related devices
- Liaise with internal and external service providers, vendors and consultants.
- Regularly back up of data to ensure proper and safe storage of data for the company's operations
- Extracting Reports using SQL
- And any other matters related to IT software and hardware management assigned
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or degree in IT technology

Experience year:
2 years' experience in IT management
Skills needed:
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages specifically SQL and Windows operating systems, MS Exchange, Active Directory, and VMware, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
- Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience with POS and ERP preferably Business Central and LS Central system
- Experience with Retail Industry support
Salary:
RM5, RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- IT management: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
