Description

The Intern will be working closely with our Talent Engagement Manager in areas of administration of work related to day to day operations of HR.


  • Assist with maintenance,receiving orders and supplies, equipment, invoices and errands;
  • Assist to organize office operations and procedures;
  • Assist with the administration and management of external production assistants;
  • Assist to monitor and maintain office and production supplies inventory and participate in monthly stock taking exercise;
  • Preparing usage reports and monitoring purchasing requests;
  • Assist to maintain a safe and secure working environment;
  • Provide timely and accurate update on workflow and priorities for each day;
  • Other any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.
