Admin Intern - Shah Alam, Malaysia - Amazin' Graze
Description
The Intern will be working closely with our Talent Engagement Manager in areas of administration of work related to day to day operations of HR.
- Assist with maintenance,receiving orders and supplies, equipment, invoices and errands;
- Assist to organize office operations and procedures;
- Assist with the administration and management of external production assistants;
- Assist to monitor and maintain office and production supplies inventory and participate in monthly stock taking exercise;
- Preparing usage reports and monitoring purchasing requests;
- Assist to maintain a safe and secure working environment;
- Provide timely and accurate update on workflow and priorities for each day;
- Other any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.
