Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize. performance and ensure compliance with relevant. regulations.
Lead, manage, and mentor crossfunctional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute longterm strategic plans and initiatives.
Analyse KPI and financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators, to expand business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
Drive the adoption of technology and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Ensure all operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve organizational goals and support overall business growth.
Act as an ambassador for the company, representing its values and promoting its reputation in the industry.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required; an MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in operationsrelated roles.
Experience in the financial and banking industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to meet business needs.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
