Customer Service - Sarikei, Malaysia - City Link Express Sdn. Bhd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls from customers
- Provide good customer services and maintain good report with company customers
- Ensure customer request, inquiry, feedback and complaints are attended and resolved in timely manner and in accordance to Company's procedures.
- Work closely with team members to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
- To escalate any unresolved issues, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
- Ensure inquiries received are properly recorded and follow
- Any other duties as and when assigned and deemed necessary.
Requirements:

Fresh Graduate recommended to apply:
- Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
