Description

Responsibilities:


  • Handle all incoming calls from customers
  • Provide good customer services and maintain good report with company customers
  • Ensure customer request, inquiry, feedback and complaints are attended and resolved in timely manner and in accordance to Company's procedures.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
  • To escalate any unresolved issues, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
  • Ensure inquiries received are properly recorded and follow
- up.

  • Any other duties as and when assigned and deemed necessary.

Requirements:

Fresh Graduate recommended to apply:

  • Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
