We are looking for an awesome Human Resource Manager to join our growing global team


The Human Resource Manager Associate is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and engaging global suppliers, helping internal departments with specific sourcing needs, and making sure our vendor database is reliable in terms of quality, availability, profile details, and documentation in place.

  • Previous experience in Translation industry is not necessary but is highly desired.
  • Experience working in an international environment with remote teams
  • Experience working in a fast paced working environment and under pressure

DUTIES

  • Find and recruit interpreters and translators to expand the company's network of linguists.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
  • Onboard new vendors and ensure they meet company requirements and standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance, providing internal regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Monitor vendor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed.
  • Do necessary marketing research job
  • Client Reception

Job Types:

Pay:
RM RM1,200.00 per month


Experience:


  • Human resources management: 1 year (required)
  • Translation: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (required)

License/Certification:

  • Professional In Human Resources (preferred)
