Email & Livechat Executive - Office Hours Immediate - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Times Consult
Description
Basic salary up to 3,8K + various allowances + good benefit
Monthly intake and immediately interview arrangement
Walking distance from main LRT
Contact Centre Environment (24x7) with training provided
5 working days per week & work from office
Degree fresh graduate with completion letter/final transcript are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
- Comply with Bank's policies and available procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the Bank and customers' assets are maintained.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
Salary:
RM3, RM3,700.00 per month
