    Retail Outlet Supervisor

    Lead the Way in Smart Home Innovation

    We are seeking an experienced retail professional to manage day-to-day operations and drive success in our retail stores as a Retail Outlet Supervisor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
    • Ensure that product displays are visually appealing and up-to-date with current promotions and new arrivals.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
    • Collaborate with management to implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive store performance.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in retail supervision, preferably in a tech or electronics environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Familiarity with smart home products is a plus, but training will be provided.
