Min 3 years Sales Experience serving Industrial Oil & Gas./ Project

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent

Good problem solving and analytical skills

A strong team player with good planning and interpersonal skills

Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work independently, self-motivated

Possess valid driving license and own transport

Willing to travel

Job Scope:

To manage, develop and grow customer base to achieve sustainable volume growth and profitability
To formulate and implement a marketing plan to meet defined goals and objectives
To identify, plan and forecast opportunities through sales pipelines management
To meet annual sales target for both company & its Principal
To participate with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches to develop and drive opportunities
Handling customer inquiries, customer coverage, sales pursuit & followups
To prepare and deliver a technical presentation explaining product or service to customer and prospective customer
To prepare technical proposals and quotations that are accurate, technically verified and in line with customer requirements.
Manage equipment and production processes
Manage production output based on delivery schedule to customers
Drive production process and product quality improvement
Ensure product quality meet standards before order fulfillment
Troubleshoot equipment issues to comply to production processes
Manage, plan and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Adhoc requirement
Provide Technical Assistance to customers
