Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reply and follow up inquires from social media responsively, professionally and convert leads to appointment.
  • Able to reply Customer during weekend.
  • Good in Communication to handle incoming customer inquiries & needs.
  • Able to attend to customer.
  • Able to create simple product video in social media platform(TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube)

Job Specification:

  • Customer service Background preferrable.
  • Tele-Marketing Skill Preferable.
  • Able to work and learn in fast pace environment.
  • Required Skills(s): Communication, Sales, Marketing, Problemsolving, independent.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
  • Experienced in live stream host (TikTok, & Facebook live) is preferred.
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:30am6pm), Alternate Saturday (9:30am1pm).
  • Age: 2535 Female

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
