    Strategic Planning Support for Pricing, Products and Projects

    The role will provide critical support to the Hospitality & Leisure department in driving revenue growth through strategic planning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy Development: Identify gaps and recommend opportunities to drive profitable visitation across various assets.
    • Collaborate with superiors to develop strategies and tactics that enhance yield and volumes.
    • Maintain consistency of consumer promotions across different channels and segments.
    • Develop KPIs to measure commercial team performance and drive business growth.
    • Work closely with Performance Management to set targets and monitor results.

    Pricing & Product

    • Pricing Research: Ensure relevance of pricing research and data used in price recommendations.
    • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to bring new business insights and inform market decisions.
    • Workflow Optimization: Implement and maintain effective procedures for pricing and product-related areas.
    • Upselling Strategies: Recommend processes to drive upselling and improve sales performance.

    Business Development

    • Revenue Projections: Assist in preparing and reviewing revenue projections for new business opportunities.
    • Business Plan Review: Identify areas for improvement in current business plans and develop growth strategies.
    • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on new business opportunities.
    • Partnership Development: Collaborate with the Leisure & Hospitality team to source strategic partners.
    • Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate business contracts and agreements.
    • Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in park operations.

    Qualifications

    • Degree Requirement: Degree from a reputable university.
    • Industry Experience: 3 years of experience in business planning, analytics, and sales reporting preferred.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Analytical Mindset: Self-starter with analytical skills and problem-solving approach.
    • Technical Skills: Competent in MS Office software, especially Excel.
    • Communication: Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes initiative.
