Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents such as invoice, D.O, credit note, purchase order, Claims reimbursement, payment vouchers.
- Perform various administrative activities.
- Monitor and follow up closely on payment collection and adhere to credit control.
- Data entry and ensure all documents and filling are kept properly and updated.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Required skills:
MS Excel, Words, and Power Point.
Written and Speaking Efficiency:
English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Work independently, possess positive attitude, good communication skills, selfmotivated and willingness to learn.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (required)
