Position Needed:
Customer Service Executive (Travel Centre Consultant) - Cantonese Speakers
Job Functions:
- Handle all inbound calls with customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other questions related to company products (Servicing Hong Kong market).
Job Requirements:
- Able to speak fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic level of English (Spoken & Written)
- Willing to work for rotational shifts and night shift
- Malaysian only
- Min SPM and above
Salary and Benefits (Negotiable during interview)**- Basic Salary RM2500
- KPI Performance Bonus (Up to RM300)
