Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Planning:_
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization's overall goals.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager in strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Employee Relations:_
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and a positive work culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding:_
- Contribute to the onboarding process to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization.
Performance Management:_
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers on performancerelated matters.
Training and Development:_
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
HR Compliance:_
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration:_
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefitrelated inquiries and issues.
Data Management:_
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
Employee Engagement:_
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Seek feedback from employees and implement improvements based on survey results.
Collaboration and Communication:_
- Collaborate with other departments to address HRrelated issues and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate HR policies and initiatives effectively to employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven 10 years of working experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred Language: English, BM, Mandarin
