Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur- Work Type: Full TimeWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Manager to join our product team and lead the management of enterprise clients for our School Management System.

This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing integration projects and delivering tailored product solutions to meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients.


Responsibilities:


_ Client Relationship Management:

_- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries.


  • Understand the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide ongoing support and address client concerns promptly

_ Project Integration:

_
- Lead and manage integration projects for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless implementation of our School Management System.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within the product department, including development, design, and QA, to deliver integrated solutions on time and within scope.
  • Create and manage project timelines, identifying and mitigating potential risks

_ Product Solution Development:

_
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and customize product solutions accordingly.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our School Management System.
  • Provide training and documentation to clients on new features and updates

_ Technical Expertise:


_
- Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our School Management System and Integration Solution to effectively communicate with clients and address their technical concerns.


  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues especially Integration project
    Communication and Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to ensure alignment and gather feedback.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client management and project integration, preferably in the education technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of School Management Systems and educational technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical proficiency to understand and address client concerns related to software integrations.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
  • Good English Speaking and Writing skill is a Must have
    Reporting Structure:
  • The Enterprise Solution Manager will report to the CPO within the Product Team.
