Position:
Learning And Development Specialist


Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (_Maternity replacement_)


Joining Date:
November 2023

Work Location:
Jalan Ampang, KL (_nearby LRT station_)


Working Days/ Hours:
Monday till Friday / 9 am till 6 pm


Basic Salary:
Up to RM 6,000

  • Individual Training Request: Approval, Registration, and Invitations.
  • Manage all aspects of inhouse training arrangement.


  • LMS

  • Data entry, modules/ sessions creation and attendance updates.
  • Manage relevant enquiries pertaining training registrations, change and withdrawals.
  • In charge of Academy Operations
  • Training Refreshments orders, Manage Room Bookings, Supporting training room arrangement & training material distribution.


  • Finance

  • Verify and process invoices for payment.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Business Studies/Human Resource or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the training/learning & development department.
  • Excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent in presentation and report writing skills with the ability to deliver areas into the needs and expectations.
  • MUST complete Booster Dose for Covid19 Vaccination.
