Job Title: Chat Support Representative (Vietnamese Speaker)

Salary Range:
RM3,700 - RM4,000

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative.

This role requires proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service through chat support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree holder with a valid passport for the next 14 months.
Must be located in Vietnam.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to work on a rotational shift 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat support.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
Handle customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain thorough and uptodate knowledge of products and services.
Work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
