Description
Assisting the sales in achieving their targets by coordinating and following up on sales activities.- Coordinate and monitor sales activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as required.
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining uptodate customer records and databases.
- Providing administrative support such as Posting Videos, Content, and Posters on Social Media platforms to create awareness about services.
- Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, and special events.
- Support the sales in managing customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and issue resolution.
- Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by upselling and offering others services.
