Description
1. Overseeing the production process on the entire bakery line.- Supervision and monitoring of staff disciplinary issues.
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective by monitoring and controlling wastages.
- Responsible to ensure good line efficiency, productivity, and capacity optimization.
- Process optimization and continual improvement.
- Participate in internal quality and food safety related audits.
- Ensure that products are produced timely and are good quality.
- Enforces GMP and GHP standards.
- Supervising and motivating teams of workers.
- Ensuring production schedule as per planning in fulfilling target.
Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
