Manage Production Operations:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities, ensuring adherence to established schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and motivate the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, streamline workflow, and enhance productivity. Implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques to maximize efficiency.
Resource Planning:
- Determine production requirements, including equipment, materials, and manpower. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely availability of resources.
Quality Control:
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Take corrective actions as necessary to address deviations or nonconformities.
Production Reporting:
- Generate production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Supply Chain Coordination:
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components needed for production.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize cost and minimize shortages.
Budget Management:
- Monitor production costs and expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
- Identify costsaving opportunities and implement appropriate measures.
Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and promoting best practices, technological advancements, and employee suggestions.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labor laws, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance
; Requirements:
- Previous Production Assembly Experience
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of production processes, assembly techniques, and quality control methods.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
Organizational and Analytical Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to identify process improvements and resolve productionrelated issues.

Computer Literacy:
Education:
