Manage Production Operations:

Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities, ensuring adherence to established schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.

Quality Control:

Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product quality and compliance with specifications.
Take corrective actions as necessary to address deviations or nonconformities.

Production Reporting:

Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components needed for production.
Manage inventory levels to optimize cost and minimize shortages.

Budget Management:

Monitor production costs and expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
Identify costsaving opportunities and implement appropriate measures.

Continuous Improvement:

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and promoting best practices, technological advancements, and employee suggestions.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labor laws, and industry standards.
Stay updated on relevant regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance

; Requirements:

Previous Production Assembly Experience:
Demonstrated experience working in a production assembly environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of production processes, assembly techniques, and quality control methods.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable.

Organizational and Analytical Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset to identify process improvements and resolve productionrelated issues.

Computer Literacy:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering, or industrial management is preferred but not mandatory.
