The Role

  • As a

Regional Account Manager at our

Malaysia/Singapore office, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our corporate clients to bring solutions to complex issues. With a focus on driving business growth and maximizing customer satisfaction, you'll work to ensure effective account management, strategic planning, and successful implementation of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the focal point of contact for the customer's Regional Offices, maintaining strategic relationships and coordinating logistics functions.
  • Act as the internal consultant and coordinator for business relationships and development with the Key Account in the region.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Key Account team and serve as the regional liaison for all businessrelated matters.
  • Proactively drive account development, including strategy mapping, penetration, and customer relationship management.
  • Lead a functional account management team across the region, coordinating the annual budget and development planning process.
  • Identify business opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and codevelop strategic thrusts
  • Assist in implementing Key Performance Indicators, communicate with key management, and strategically partner with internal teams for business development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Preferably years' experience in the logistics industry or in a sales environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes
  • Exceptional relationship management & communication skills to assist with planning & budgeting, organizing & staffing, controlling & problemsolving
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple locations
  • Excellent financial and process analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional, matrix & virtual environment, while meeting customer driven deadlines
  • The position requires extensive travel, domestically and internationally
