About the role

Key responsibilities

Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers of all levels, to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, and diversity and inclusion goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and hiring.
Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs.
Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the talent acquisition process. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
Identifies and proposes simple changes to local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

Full cycle inhouse recruiting or Agency experience ideally in consumer goods or related industry.
Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
Proven experience managing and developing effective recruitment strategies.
Experience managing high volume recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends as well as local employment law policies & regulations.
Proficiency in both written and spoken.

Preferred

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Resultsdriven mindset, with the ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
