Description
a) Supervises and assists with all housekeeping activity in given areas of the Hotel.

b) Checks all vacant rooms, reports status of rooms to Housekeeper.

c) Checks maids for appearance, uniform, departments, etc.

d) Checks all linen carts have ample linen, supplies and detergents.

e) Inspects all rooms cleaned in assigned areas to his/her satisfaction.

f) Reports the status of rooms to front office/housekeeper.

g) Reports unusual activity on the floors to the housekeeper.

h) Trains and orientates housekeeping staff.

i) Assists on the floors and reliefs in emergencies.

j) Supervises work of chambermaids, room attendants and other housekeeping personnels.

k) Spot checks assigned areas at end of the day, ensure all equipment and supplies are locked and stored correctly.

l) Assists in linen and supplies inventory and collects all keys from maids after the end of a shift.

m) Reports on assigned area at the end of the day, also arranges with repairs and maintenance/ engineering on repairs needed.

n) Reports articles left behind by room guests.

o) To perform any additional duties and responsibilities when requested by the management.


Salary:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
