Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with implementing software solutions for clients. This includes analyzing client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent communication and customer service throughout the implementation process.


Qualifications

  • Analytical skills and ability
  • Proven experience in software implementation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in HR industry is a plus.

From RM5,000.00 per month
