Job description
- Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay uptodate on company policies, products, and promotions.
- Manage tenant inquiries and concerns regarding leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors to address repair and maintenance issues promptly.
- Collect rent payments, record transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Enforce lease terms and policies, including late fees and eviction procedures when necessary.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing regulations.
- Handle communication between tenants and property owners, providing updates and addressing any issues.
- Assist with tenant movein and moveout procedures, including inspections and security deposit refunds.
Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of landlordtenant laws and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, and contractors.
- Attention to detail in lease agreements, financial records, and property maintenance.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in property management or real estate administration preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
